LECUDO-USA organizes several important events annually. The main event, called The Convention, takes place every last weekend in July. Members and friends of the Lebang Cultural and Development Organization from all over the USA, Canada, Europe, Cameroon, and other nations meet to raise funds and discuss the development of Lebang Fondom.
The occasion usually includes presentations, debates, dances, sports, entertainment, galas, and cultural exhibitions. There are events for youth and adult attendees. Members elect an executive team to run the organization. Elections are carried out every three years at the end of the term of office for the executive. The Board of Trustees and an advisory team are also elected in alternate years.
